First thing you need is do a trial run and get dressed up, made up, and your hairdo in place, just like you will on the day of the prom. • Fancy Hairstyle or updo

• EACH accent feature, such as trim, embroidery, ruffles, sash, lace or color contrast.

• Earrings. Up to 3 inches long, count as one. Over than 3 inches count as two.

• EACH piece of jewelry: bracelet, necklace, watch, chain, visible body piercing, tattoos

• jacket or shrug or shawl

• Corsage or pin

• Gloves

• Flowers in hair

• EACH type of hair accent, such as barrette, or other hair jewelry, stencil, or glitter etc.

• Brightly painted fingernails, clear counts as zero.

• Glasses or sunglasses

• Fancy handbag, such as brocade or beaded

• Eye-catching hosiery, such as lace or seamed

• Fancy, glittery or brightly colored shoes

Your score:
1-3 = Poor. You need a day at the mall!
4-7 = Average. C'mon, don't be shy!
8-11= Excellent. You are lookin' goooooood.
More than 12? You're overdoing a good thing.
