Speaking of Celebrities: Prom Girl Jessica Simpson

Jessica Simpson to  launch clothing line. Well, it's just about as official as things get in Hollywood. Jessica Simpson signed on to do a line of clothing for juniors and kids. Naturally, the line will be filled with long ponchos and jeans. Jessica has been admired for her sophisticated, girlie style since the airing of Newlyweds' on MTV.
Jessica  will be spending time promoting a new of footwear (we used to call that "shoes") that bear her name. A series of print ads will appear in magazines like Elle and InStyle showing Simpson and a '65 Mustang on a dusty California road and, according to the story, show Simpson exuding a "Hollywood meets Texas glamour." The shoes will be available at a variety of stores and the company that holds the license is working on creating more products bearing the Jessica Simpson name.
