have the winners! WOW. Ray
and Yancy are this year's
winners of the annual Stuck
on Prom Scholarship. They
each won $3000.00 in
scholarships and another
$3000.00 for their school.
All they had to do was
create the winning matching
prom outfits and survive the
judges grueling scrutiny for
workmanship, originality,
use of color, accessories,
and how much Duct Tape they
used...how easy is that?
