likely to get depressed or stressed. Below are simple tips for eating right.

Go green. Add leafy greens when
ever you can to promote clear skin. Fresh spinach tastes great on a
sandwich!

Olive oil. When you are enjoying
your green salad don’t forget to pour on the olive oil to help your skin
stay smooth and supple.
3.
Water. Drink lots like 9 glasses
to brighten up your skin.
4.
Berry Good. Strawberries, blueberries
any berries will keep your skin young and fresh.
5.
Sounds fishy. Eating fatty fish is a good thing for your
skin. Salmon, mackerel, bass and trout are best. Or add nuts and flaxseed oil
to your diet to prevent acne flare-ups.
6.
Can’t Elope? Eat some of this
everyday to discourage wrinkles.
7.
Carrots. Keep your skin from getting dry by eating these
and apricots and sweet potatoes.
8.
Oatmeal. Another reason to eat
breakfast: Reduces toxins in the system, decreasing acne.

1 Peach
4 tablespoon heavy crème
Directions:
Peel and mash a ripe peach Strain through a sieve to extract the juice. Mix
peach juice with and equal amount of heavy crème. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Stir well and massage into the skin. Lie back and relax for 15-20 minutes
while the fruit acids gently exfoliate your skin and the milk sugars
hydrate. Rinse with warm water and apply a light moisturizer and get
glowing.
